Publication of Diversity Data 2025

Equality and Diversity Data questionnaires have been distributed and completed by our Employees, and the data provided to the SRA as per their recent guidelines.

We always ensure that the information is collected and treated in the strictest confidence. 

Whilst we are happy to provide this data to the SRA as a useful exercise for them to establish Equality and Diversity Data across the regions of the UK, we feel that if we were to publish our data either in our Reception Area, Meeting Rooms or on our Website, the information would be easily identifiable by our staff and would contravene our strict confidentiality procedures and, subsequently, the mental wellbeing of  all our Employees.
