E J Moyle LLP Solicitors were founded in 1971, and have offices in Littlehampton and Rustington. Our Partners are Sharon Lyon (Family Law), Sophie Careless-Shore (Probate and Wills) and Rob Fawcett (Commercial and Residential Conveyancing).

We provide legal services to individuals and businesses in the Sussex area, and are very proud of the personal service we are able to offer to all our clients.

Our Teams specialise in the areas of Property Law (residential and commercial), Family Law (separation, divorce, financial matters, children issues, and post and pre-nuptial agreements), and Private Client Law (Wills, Probate, LPA’s, Estate Administration, Estate Management, and Deputy Applications).
