Publication of Diversity Data

Diversity data questionnaires are distributed to our staff for completion and the data returned to the SRA as per their guidelines.

We always ensure that the information is collected and treated in strictest confidence. We are not a large company and have a total of 22 staff.

Whilst we are happy to provide this data to the SRA as a useful exercise for them to establish diversity data across the regions of the UK, we feel that if we were to publish our data either in our reception area, meeting rooms or website, the information would be easily identifiable by our staff and would contravene our strict confidentiality procedures and therefore the mental wellbeing of our employees.
